Cancellation Policy

    A. ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of the order's completion, then we will refund what you paid for your order within 30 working days. However, please note that the cancellation fee will be $5 for each item for services charges. Please bear in mind that beyond 24 hours, your purchase will be completed and fulfilled in our system, and we will be unable to cancel it.

     B. ORDER MODIFICATION

If you discover that the information on your order needs to be changed, please contact our Customer Service Team at help@oodiegang.com within 24 hours to make the necessary changes. We will not accept any requests for order modifications after 24 hours have passed following your purchase.
